Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your ship date, please contact us at support@pinkponyelectronics.com and we'll investigate and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
